Why Join?
Why? Well, we know that our minority business owner members and their management staff, are consumed with the minute details of everyday development of their growing ventures. They are not experts in everything business. And that is the reason our member businesses rely on the NMBA. They look to us as their advocate. The staff of the NMBA over the course of a month will devour tons of information to provide detailed advice to our members.
Why? We are also involved in lobbying the national and state governments on behalf of our members. The NMBA maintains the belief that equal participation equates to equal rights. We want to ensure that the voice and intrests of minority business owners are adhered to.
Why? We also understand the importance of collaboration. As such, we provide specific training and networking events for our members.
Why? Having access to loans and scholarships to further the NMBA members' education or businesses is extremely important. We have the ability to assist our members in those areas.
Why? We know that to provide more value to business life, discounts and advertising is necessary. We work within the membership network to do both; discounts and advertising.
